1999 VMAX 200 OX66 Part found in Fuse Box??

Hello, I opened the grey fuse box on the starboard side of my motor and out came a small black electrical connector with 4 siver prongs. Please see attached pics. I could not find a place for this part in the fuse box. I assume this is a spare part. Can anyone confirm what this part is for?

its actually supposed to be plugged into the fuse holder, its for the battery isolator circuit.
post a pic of the fuse holder, its located under that plastic cover.
the big rubber block.

Rodbolt, here is a picture of the fuse block. I pulled it out toward the camera so you could see. The loose piece appears to be identical to the two pieces that are inside the block.

both fuses are in place, you simply have a spare.
