trying to test my alarm horn to be sure it works, tried cranking on motor with stop lanyard removed, but no horn. any easy way to get the horn to sound just for test? Thanks for any help!
I believe grounding the pink wire that goes to one of the temperature switches on the head will bring in the over temp alarm when the key is on. At least it will on my 99 40hp. the other temp switch is for telling CDI that the motor is warmed up.
