1999 Yami not shutting down??

I would appreciate any info on my 1999 90 yami not shutting down when turned off. The manual kill switch also not working??? Any suggestions?

check your connection where your controlls meet your motor. i had a 10 pin plug that was not making full contact and had the same problem. I cleaned the contacts and all was good. The way i was able to tell is that the choke was not working eather.

post your model number.
in 99 there were a few diffent model 150's.
drewmitch gave a good place to start.
I would also check the ign harness frounds.
black is ground and white is kill circuit.
the circuit is a big loop. from the engine its black, from the controls to the CDI its white.
close the circuit and it quits running.
unless you have a mythical CDI failure.
I have heard of a stop circuit failure in a CDI but have never personnaly seen it.
