2.5 hp evinrude gas leak

this motor has been in storage for 10 years. it starts but will leak fuel from the front. it also has no power. what has dry rotted? all the fuel lines look good. I am able to take half of the cover off and the motor has hardly been used. very clean.

Hi, Skipjack.<br /><br />You need to overhaul your carb (get a manual first). Sounds like you have a sticking float or needle.<br /><br />Good luck.
