Now we got pictures. That's an air cooled Tecumseh powerhead. The numbers on the tag are likely the powerhead number. Its basically a lawn mower engine that Eska used in some years. Its also likely an early 1970's model.
I have a good library with my collection but I can't find any references to your motor re. spark plug type or gap, or oil blend requirements. It's kind of an obscure engine and not many were ever sold. You could probably use chain saw oil, but why try to save a couple bucks on a prize like that. If it were mine I'd use cheap wallyworld TCW-3 at 24:1. If it smokes too much, reduce it to 40:1.
