I'd just like to share 2 tools I made at home to help install the bellows on the gen 2 OD
The exhaust tool had the bellows on in seconds with little issue.

Ayuh,...... I do exhaust tubes rather than bellows, but I Love yer tool design,......

For the locking ring, I squirt the bellows with Quick-silver Power Tune, 'n push it in with my fingers,.....

....You'll probably get more feedback if you start a new post on this. ...per forum protocol you should.

Always at least minor PITA, especially if they have been clamped for a long time. Hose pick, low temp like a hair dryer or heat gun set on low temp will soften the rubber.

If you are changing them, not saving them, destroy them. Remove the clamps, sawzall out the center, grub off the ends with a screwdriver.
