Can you replace leaking o-rings in the female connector on a 2-line system? I have two pressurized tanks and would like to get some use out of them.

Yep, no problem. As long as the O rings are still available. A very common thing to replace back in the day.

It is a special size o-ring so you have to get it from a Johnson/Evinrude dealer. I believe it is part number 301824. Sad to say, the ones Sierra sells are the wrong size.
You pull it out with a homemade hook tool, and pinch the new one double and poke it back in.

We keep an as assortment of small o-rings at the shop maybe I can match one up. Unless it's some oddball size.

I think it is an oddball. But take the old one out and compare it. And I find lubeing the new one slightly when putting em back in helps.

Definately an odd-ball. And, no it is not a metric size. I've been trying to find a source for them with no success without having them specially manufactured. Just as a side note, the fuel connector assembly is still available for around $90, last time I checked. Makes the $3 o-rings seem kind of cheap.

301824's are $1.95 each at my local dealer and easy to come by... the exact size is worth the price...

That's why I asked. I saw a male and female connector on e-bay the other day "buy it now" $89.

Most of the common orings we see are Buna rubber, they are typically black in color, ask your oring supplier if they have that size in Viton...typically brown in color, sometimes green....it is a different composite for different applications, but will work in place of Buna orings.
I will pull mine out and see if I can locate a source and let you know.

I pulled mine today and thought I could match them with a fuel injector o-ring. No go so far.

I found O-rings that work in double line couplers at a supply house in Nebraska. Cost about .50 cents each plus postage. I,ll have to look up the telephone # (toll free). If interested call my cell 815-275-2096 I will help you all I can. Call because I will be away from my computer.
