2 new to me motors help/info

hi everyone i am in need of some help with decoding some model and serial numbers. Please if anyone can help me that would be appreciated

model # 40353D ( what does the D stand for )
serial # C372326

model #33552B
serial # C465149

any and all help would be great and anywhere i can get parts for them would be even better got a smoking deal on a 14' starcraft fiberglass boat with these 2 non-operational motors ( so they say anyways lol )

40353D can't tell you about the D but it is a 63 40 hp.
33552B is a 65 33 hp. Routine parts are readily available here at iboats,your local NAPA
auto parts,or your BRP dealer among many vendors on ebay.
If the coils haven't been changed they will probably need new.

If you can't find them at Iboats try www.seawaymarine.com.Thay specialize in older and hard to get parts

BTW....the D is the model run or suffix. Relevant when ordering parts.
