How do I properly change out a 2-piece prop? I am changing out an old 1990 force 95hp outboard for an old 1982 johnson 90hp outboard and the prop hubs are keyed differently. One of my johnson props is banged up badly and i want to change it out.

How do I properly change out the hubs without damaging either prop, or wrecking my newly placed engine once I get it in the water?

Never heard of that unless you have a prop with an interchangeable hub.
Normally pressed in hubs are done by a prop shop.It has been done by do it yourselfers. But I never heard of putting a hub from one brand in another brands prop. The gear ratios are probably different so the Force prop may not work properly on the Johnson. If you have a good Johnson prop test run with it get us the prop size and the max rpm and speed. And the boat specs.
This is an oportunity to get the right prop for the best performance
and the health of your motor. You might read the stickies at the top of the page and the helps at the iboats prop store page.
