2 piece prop

how do i change out the hub in a two piece prop? I had a 85hp 1989 force outboard with the prop keyed as such. I am swapping out the engine for a 90hp 1982 johnson.

I have two two-piece props for the johnson, one of which is banged up a bit, I have two-piece props in mint condition on the force. How do i change them out without ruining both?

If it is an oem propeller, you cannot repair it. Few large dealerships or service departments even do that work but send them out to prop shops that have the press and welding ability to do the job correctly.

Ask your local dealer for a referral.
