Isn't Amsoil the one that refuses to submit any of their products for certifications? Amsoil will claims it exceeds the standard, but they don't submit their products or pay to have them certified.
OK, I just looked at the TC-WIII website.

It lists Walmart Super Tech as a Shell Product, and shows Texaco OB oil is made by Chevron, Havoline is made by Chevron, Suzuki oil is made by the same folks who make Castrol (lubricants UK), Yamalube is made by Yamaha, but Yamalube Brazil is made by Chevron Brazil.
I did not see a TC-WII Amsoil product. Interesting stuff....
