I was thinking about buying a new outboard for my boat. I've been thinking about a 4-stroke motor, either suzuki or honda. What are your opinions about the two different motors or should I stick with 2-stroke?<br /> Thanks,<br /> Chris
Who has the best service reputation in your area?<br /><br />Ask the cost of periodic service (100 hour and 500 hour) for each motor you are considering. <br /><br />Post the cost and let us know what you decide.
Good point Dhadley, service costs can be easily overlooked. I hear that the four strokes are much better on gas, and that the EPA may push to limit production of two strokes in the future.
