Shoot some pics of the cores you drilled. So they are foamed filled glass stringers etc? Were they wet? Got pics?

I'm not convinced. I've Never seen Stringers that narrow that didn't have wood cores. Especially on boats of this vintage.

Well there you guys go. Not a single piece of wood. I pulled everything out today. All sold glass. That porcelain tape glue that they were using weighed about 48 pounds in total. I ended up cutting my livewell in half to get it out. Tomorrow I will be doing all the wiring eliminating one battery out of the three.

Then I well be sanding down everything and cleaning it with acetone the revising it all with new resin.

Also I forgot to mention, they have fiberglass tips over the foam. I cut all the tops off

Paint question:

I'm sanding down the bottom of the hull. I'm taking everything off. Should I put a new resin coating on before I paint the bottom with the rustoleum bottom paint

Looking at the thin-ness of those foam/glass stringers makes me wonder if the po did the job in that manner. Usually they are alot broader, foam/glass stringers. You may want to rethink going back with the same scenarior and go with plywood stringers.
I'd also keep my focus on the interior work before getting into the hull. More items may show up so you can do them all the same time. One area at a time. Painting prior to interior structural may be too soon. I'd save that for later/last.
What do you think?

I'm not planning on painting yet just want to get the sanding done. I have the proper mask but working in a small garage I don't want do sand in closed quarters. So I open the garage door and put my large fan to blow all the dust outside.

The stringers that are in there had tops on them and the were very very strong to the point I could stand on them even pound on them with a hammer as I was trying to get the top off after cutting them

Do you have a year and model number for the boat. Typically there is a metal stamped tag that references people capacity, year, engine max.model etc. Title will have some of that info too.

Well it's cassie because they're is no plate inside the boat and the title says unknown make and model. I looked at all those boats.

It seems that a good many of them have just fiberglass stringers
