I just bought a used 1993 20 hp evinrude, when I start the engine and it is idling ther is water coming out of the pee hole. The stream is not very strong (as is was with my other motor a 1995 johnson ocean runner 90 hp). When I start to increase speed the stream does get stronger. I was wondering if the impeller was bad and in need of a change. Do you think it could make it thought the season without damaging the engine?
Thanks

Whenever you buy a used engine it is good practice to give it a full service unless you have a recent invoice indicating that it was done. Forget what the previous owner "said" unless he is a friend you trust. This would include the water pump and thermosts - among other things.
