well the answer to all my past posts is the man had sent me a hpdi motor instead of an efi motor the degree of the crankshaft is the only difference so be careful of this they look the same bolt up the same ,thanks to all that tried to help me out

what?
other than they are painted yamaha silver/blue they look nothing alike.
HPDI,EFI and carbed have very distinctive block assymblies.
