200 johnson 1983 Carbs have different numbers

I have a 1983 200hp Johnson J200TXCTD Went to take apart carbs And each one has a tag on one screw I noticed the top and bottom had same numbers but the middle was different Whats this mean 393181 200 16FH middle one was 393182 200 31HH

Those are the OMC part numbers of the carbs for a 200, the top and bottom are the same part number while the middle is it's own number.

393181 x 2
393182 x 1

Ok so I guess my question now is do i have to buy different rebuild kits. they look the same.

Possibly, I'm sure your omc dealer can point you in the right direction. You could always go to http://epc.brp.com and look it up.

The carbs all take the same rebuild kit 439076. The carbs are basically the same carb, the center one has a different part number because it has the roller and arm on it that contacts the throttle cam.
