Idle timing looks ok, If you get the idle smoothed out, you raise and lower the idle rpms by changing the idle timing. I think the range is 4-8, out of that there other problems. The final timing still needs to be checked at 5000 rpms, Reason, as the voltage rises in the stator it will advance the timing a few degrees, sometimes as much as 2-6 degrees depending on the stator. You are probley close, but right on the mark is better
