Hi - luckily a minor problem this time. There are two tubes poked into the air silencer and they pulled out of place while I was getting the engine ready. Where do they go ( each end) and what do they do? Thanks.
My factory manual doesn't show them at all.

One tube attaches to a nipple on the lower STBD corner of the air silencer.
The other hose simply pushes into an open hole on the upper PORT side of the air silencer. The hole is a bit bigger than
the hose, and it really doesn't look like that's where the hose goes, but it does.

Awww.....the other end....jeeezzzz....I will have to go look.
The bottom one hooks to a nipple off the lower crankcase.
Top....hmmmm.....I know it is a long hose, runs from bottom of crankcase to top along the intakes....

But the function of them is to purge extra fuel out of the silencer. Especially the bottom one.

Thanks yes - I will let that long top hose dangle in the bottom of the pan
