2000 90hp Johnson model J90VLSSE loose hose

On the air box(breather) there is two hoses one goes on bottom port side and one goes on top starboard side . The one on starboard has a T with about a 3" hose that is not hooked to anything and it is not plugged . Question do I need to plug it or is it suppose to hook up somewhere? Oil side of VRO has been disconnected maybe it hooked up there ? I do have a manual but as always it tells you everything except what you want to know . Thanks in advance of any help .

According to the '98 Johnny V4/V6 service manual, that hose goes to the upper main bearing vent.

Thank you ,Chris . I found a hose routing on page 2-52 and it shows to go to vapor pump and upper main bearing vent . Now I have to go and find this vapor pump?
