I just bought a 00 leader bay cat with a 90 nissan. Love the boat and motor but went for a shakedown cruise yesterday and there is a buzzer, actually a pizo electric beeper or what ever going off. I goes shuts off when the boat is in neutral or when the boat is throttled up. But when the boat is in revers or trolling speed it stays on and is very annoying. Any ideas what it could be? The motor runs great and im at a loss

Low oil, water pressure sensor, over heat.

It has oil in the tank looks to be plenty of water coming out the port even when its idleing, Is it normal for it to go off any time the shifter is put either in forward or reverse even if the key isnt even in the ignition? Im running out of options

No, that's not normal, unless you are in an alarm condition. Might not hurt to have a dealer take a look at it. There may be a problem in the wiring or a bad sensor. Might be covered under warranty. The TLDI motors have a 3+1 warranty, and it can be transferable.
