Here's the problem. Two trips ago, I started my motor as usual and it was running really rough with slight vibration at idle. As I throttled up the whole boat would start to shake. I played around with it for a while at different throttle settings. The most rpm I could get out of it was 2300, but i couldn't stay there for long because of the vibration. After a few tries of stopping and turning the motor off and on, it started up perfectly and ran great all day. To me, it seemed like like the same thing that happened on an old boat of mine when I accidently left the choke on.<br />Anyway, just yesterday, I tried to launch again and the same thing happened. This time no ammount of fiddling could get the motor running right. I read through a bunch of old forums and think maybe it could be the thermal valve malfunctioning since I know my motor doesn't have a manual choke. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
