Title threw me. There are no 2000 Forces. 1999 was their last year. Use quality oil and regular gas, and make sure to keep the water pump in good working order.

Yep my bad; its much older 1992 Force 150. In any case, quality fuel/oil and watch the water pump. thanks; anyone have any other experiences?

I owned a 150 force. It will run like a 115 hp of any other make. They are noisey & thirsty but you get what you pay for!

The last of the Force 5 cylinder 150's were pretty decent motors...early ones had a block flaw that made them crack....bread and butter older tech engine that runs good if ya use it often....

would a 1991 be considered an early one " block flaws" or a later model<br />mark
