I have a 2000 Johnson that runs mixed, oil injection is disconnected. It starts up great idles good and accelerates, runs at 3500-4000 rpms for half hour. Ill shut the motor off and troll with the kicker for an hour or two. Then when I start the 150 back up and put it into gear, it starts idling with a spit/miss and will quit intermittently. Could this be a lean spit, air leak? anti-syphon valve?
