Motor ran perfectly, and suddenly decided to miss at hole shot. Does it intermitently, but most of the time. When the rpm's eventually kick in, the top end does not miss. If you gradually increase the rpm's the missing starts at about 2000 and goes away at about 4000. Very strange! I've never owned an efi and am just learning how the system is supposed to work. I figured that maybe someone out there has had this happen to them and had it fixed. The dealer says it might be the cdi or the throttle position sensor. A lot of guessing and $ for maybe not fixing the problem. The engine ran perfectly. Anyone that can help? Will try the TPS sensor and pray for the best.
