Hi
Before you go crazy with injectors and electrical fault finding etc.....try the distributor cap and rotor. If it's anything like an MPI engine, they are well know. For gunking up every few years. Symptoms sound very similar to problems I had at the start of the year.
I cleaned it up with fine emery paper and wd-40 and she fired straight up. The local mercruiser dealer admitted this is a weak point of the fuel injected models and best to replace them every couple of years.
All the best

UPDATE: I was there yesterday and it started right up. If it was the coil, i would think it would not start at all. It sounds like a fuel problem

Could be anything which powers the fuel or ignition circuit. The thread started with a possible fuel issue then went to TB4 ignition. It doesn't run long and so far not much has been ruled out at least from my thoughts, and I do have issues with paying attention
