2001 0x66 225 yamaha batteries

I was hoping someone might be able to clear this up for me. I have a 2001 225 0x66 2-stroke Yamaha, I could swear somewhere in my original literature it says, my battery requirements are a 1000 cranking amp starting battery. I have looked several more times to confirm this, I can't seem to find where a might have seen this information. Have I possibly lost my mind or can anyone confirm this?

minimum CCA at o degrees is 512 MCA at 32 degrees 675. reserve capacity 182 min at 25 amps.
