The problem im having is that the engine will only turn 4000 rpm at wide open throttle. i can deff feel a miss in it but it feels like it tries to pick up and run right at times. I can let off the throttle for a brief second and then hammer back down on it and it will turn 4400 for a little while then drop back to 4000. the jump in rpm is not prop slip or blow out either. Im leaning toward fuel but what part of the EFI system is gonna go first? i pulled the fuel rail and all looked clean in there. also took it out and ran it from a clean 6 gallon tank just to verify that it was not the fuel in the inboard tank. any suggestions.
