2001 IMP Bay Stealth CC

I'll be going out tomorrow to look at an IMP center console 1880 Bay Stealth with a 115 Yamaha with low hours. I'm not familar with this brand but I see it's quite popular in TX and back east. Based on the pics sent to me, it appears to be in very good condition. Any particular area/thing I should be looking for other than the obvious...soft spots on the deck/transom?

Well I went to look at this boat which was actually a VIP Bay Stealth. It wasn't a clean as the pictures so I passed on it. .
