Ran for 15 minutes full throttle, running good with new prop, very excited. Didn'nt last long before motor shut down, like someone turned off a light switch. Started back up, ran 1 mile, same thing. Restarted got to crab spot, idle for a little, shutdown again. Let it sit 10 minutes, restarted and made it home. It did the same thing last year I then replaced powerpack. Now its seems like its doing same thing, can't figure it out! Could it be voltage regulator?

It is possible. Next time it acts up disconnect the yellow wires going into the voltage regulator and see if that clears the issue. If it does there is your problem. I would also check all your electrical connections to make sure they are tight and fault free.

You have disconnected the oil injection system?

By disconnecting the reg. will this run down the battery? The oil system is still connected.

Removing your oiling system is easy. Disconnect the wire connector going to the tank for the oil sensor alarms. Unbolt the tank and mixing unit. Connect the fuel line that runs from the mixing chamber to the fuel rail directly to the fuel filter and you are finished. I then secured the wire harness that ran to the oil tank out of the way with a wire tie.

Add the correct amount of oil to you fuel tank and you are good to go. You want to mix 50:1 or 16 ounces of TC-W3 oil to every 6 US gallons.

When I disconnect the wire connector for oil alarms, will I get no oil alarms from the warning system, no sounder audible alarms? Will the warning system still work for water temp.etc...

The water temp alarm will still function the other two alarms will be dead. The alarm system works by closing switches. With the switch removed you create an open circuit so the alarm cannot sound.
