2001 Johnson Service Manual Never Printed, however....

With the acquisition of the faultering OMC by BRP, there was no service manual printed for my 2001 Johnson 115 HP (Model J115VLSIC)

They issued a part number for the manual (0787120) but never produced it

According to what I've found out so far, in MOST CASES, you should use the 2000 service manual for all the 2001 model Johnson/Evinrude engines

However in SOME CASES, you should use the 2002 service manual.

Anyone have any insight on which one is recommended for my model? I can get acccess to the 2000 manual, but don't want to buy it if my case is the 'SOME CASES' scenario.

There was a 2001 service supplement that was published and it contained the changes from the 2000 manual.
