2001 Merc 90-HP: Seeking owner's manual download

Howdy. I' am seeing a downloadable (preferably free) owner's manual for the 2001 90-horse Mercury 4-stroke.

I called Mercury and they want to charge me $27 for it! No stinking way.

Now to be clear, I don't mean the service manual (that's in the link provided by the FAQ to Boatinfo) but the owner's manual.

However, if anyone knows where I can download the service manual as a file, that would be appreciated too. [The Boatinfo link doesn't have a file-save option...bizarre.]

Why bizarre. The manual is copyrighted, which means owned by Mercury, and they charge real money for it. Stop being cheap and buy the manual. You can find them on ebay and other places on the web. You will need it

If the manual is available online, I asked kindly for assistance in locating it. Not "cheap"--free. If you can't help, please don't answer.

If I'm not helpful, don't bother replying to me because that isn't helpful either. And I told you can buy it on ebay. The manuals are extremely difficult to find "free" because Merc shuts down the sources because of copyright laws. That's about as helpful as I can be.

Thank you very much, Don. You were most helpful. That was exactly what I was seeking.

JB--I didn't ask anyone to violate copyright (re-read my post). I asked for a link to a manual download. There is a difference. You see, I got what I was seeking, thanks to Don, and no "copyright violation" occurred since it came straight from somewhere on Brunswick's website. Win-win situation!
