2001 Mercury 90 Hp 3 cylinder outboard

I had been on lake all day no issues. Stopped at restaurant on lake for 1 hour. Went back to boat and crunk it up to warm up. It crunk right up like always idled for about 30-45 seconds then cut off. I never got it to crank back up. I replaced spark plugs on the lake and it didn’t help. I tried starter fluid as well but nothing. So I checked for spark it didn’t have a spark from any of the 3 coils. What could the issue possibly be ? Please help.

Okay so I went out to figure out this motor. It started right up again sitting in my driveway. It ran about 2 minutes then cut off on its own and want start back.
