This motor is new to me and it has a few probs. The trim leaks down and if you tilt motor all the way up for trailer lock it gets stuck in up position, pump runs but motor won't move. I have to crack manual tilt screw to ge engine to move down a inch or so and then magically the trim works other than the leak down issue. I was wondering if it could be low on fluid or maybe a seal issue? Any suggesstions or answers appreciated! Thanks
