2002 150 saltwater hesitates and misses

I have a 150 saltwater series that hesitates when accelerating like a misfire and struggles to get on plane then the misfire will stop and rev to 5300 and run beautiful when I slow down it will misfire and buck ,idle seem to be more rough than usual.carbs were rebuilt new water seperator and inline fuel filter also new plugs not sure what to try next any help would be great

Looking at the boat today and noticed fuel was squirting out of one of the lines that connects to the block at the top of the cylinder there are six of them one on each cylinder not sure of there function

I looked up in the parts exploded view it was a bleeder line to cylinder #5 the line was split I cut it back and reconnected to the barbed fitting the idle seemed a little better but won't know until I water test again could this have caused my problem.also what does the bleeder system do

i took the boat out today it still bucks but will run good at top speed an other ideas to try
