2002 30hp 2 stroke compression test

The top cylinder is 115 and the bottom is 105. Would that mean bad new's? it kind of sounds like in knocks but it's not to bad. The motor when I try to plain off goes for around 30seconds then wants to slow down and bog out. If I slow down it will plain off for a couple seconds sometimes. Let me know what you think i'm dealing with? Thanks alot.

compression sounds ok. I had a similiar problem with my old johnson, and I cleaned out the carb (which was filthy) and changed the spark plugs and she ran great after that.
