Yeah, that's not suppose to happen. From the -A2 number, that likes just like a standard automotive coil. Don't buy it from Merc (too much mark-up/rip off). Just get a good quality automotive coil (same thing as Merc sells for 3 times the price ) My preferred coil is a Bosch GT40, but anything like that will be perfectly good.
