I have a 2002 50 HP Mercury which was running rough at idle, but seemed ok at other speeds. Laddies suggested low speed carb fuel adjustment. The fix was correct. One of the adjustment screws was one turn greater than the rest (factory setting was 1 to 1.5 CC from full seat). Thank you for the help! All is running well.
