2002 Nissan NSF25A - Conversion from Tiller Handle for a Pontoon Boat

Hello, hope you are all doing well. I have a 2002 Nissan NSF25A tiller handle motor, how difficult (and expensive) would it be to convert that outboard to run a pontoon boat? Anyone ever done anything like that? -Jake

If you want to convert to Remote control, you need an SRC kit, cables, and the control box. You bolt the bits onto the motor, mount the control, install the Morse cables...
