2002 regal with 5.0 EPI NO START !!!!!

Hey guys,
here's the story we are not able to start the engine it does crank but no start, it's got no spark in any cylinder and no impulse to injectors i checked everything that is possible and still no luck
i checked circuit breaker , neutral safety switch , all fuses , also that gray wire that goes to almost all sensors which is 5v + is good , and black/pnk which is 5v - is also good too
and i know that ecm is good so what you guys think could be wrong?
and what makes ecm to give signal to white/green wire to ignition coil??

Have you checked the key switch? The wiring from the key switch all the way back to the eng plug?

yes i did + all the way
can it be shift interrupt switch if it's bad or shorted or misalighed can it cause all that especially cut the power to spark and injectors???
because i hear 2 beeps every minute and i read in a manual that if any 5v sensors are shorted or at fault those beeps will appear..?

the thing i remember last how it died is we got the boat on the water it started right up then one of my friends put it in reverse we rolled back then he put it to forward then i noticed he had troubles getting it back to neutral i mean he had to put some muscles into it then he got it neutral and then boat died and no start..

nu guys shift intterupt switch working fine too.
so it's out of the list .
