2003 90 HP Merc ELPTO on 2003 20 Ft Misty Harbor

Engine cranks, idles, Slow Cruise all fine....Go to WOT and slow to get to 10mph /3K RPMs. No knocks, shakes, noise. Started all of a sudden. In wet slip now so Pain to troubleshoot. Anyone had this exact issue?

Is engine revving high rpm

If engine is revving high, the prop is likely spun.
