2003 Evinrude 90. Will I Void my Warranty If.....

Hi All.Just a quick question. I just recently bought a new engine for my boat. Its coming up on its 10 maintenance. Will I void the warranty if I do this my self? I seem to be having a problem with the dealer I bought it from. I'm beginning to not trust them, besides I'm a mechanice by trade and feel I'm quite capable of performing this my self. ANy input would be great.

Check the paperwork that came with the motor. There might be something in the warrentee that specifies that is required and by whom.<br /><br />If you don't like your dealer use another.

While your dealer may be a SOB he is is your direct link to the factory for warranty problems.
