2003 Johnson 150hp fuel issue

Hey new to the forum. Hopping to get some help. Have been through the entire fuel system twice. Still running lean. R/R vro pump checked fuel psi installed clear hose in line to check for air bubbles none present. Runs great on top end no mid range just boggs hit the enrichener and comes right out of it. Also r/r all neddles and seats. check float levels. any help would be great!

Welcome to iboats.

When you rebuilt the carbs, did you pay special attention to the jets, sounds like they are clogged.

yeah ran a jet cleaner tips through everthing plus shot some power tune through them

may be you have an air leak around the trothle shaft from outside the throtle body.

stick toothpicks in the idle air bleed circuit and see what she does.

Hell of an idea Didnt even think of that. COuld be a good chance of that. Its sucking air from somewhere for sure. Thanks a lot Ill let you know how it goes.

adjust you air fuel misture screw in 1/4 turn at a time
