2003 johnson 30 hp military enforcer

anybody know the differences of the johnson 30 hp enforcer
military models and the civilian model? any help is great thanks

Some of them can be dunked in water and will be able to keep running, they have scavenger tubes going into the crankcase to get the water out. Some dont come with starters
