2003 Johnson 90 HP Fuel Problems

Any help will be MUCH appreciated....

I was running about 30mph and I slowed down (without touching throttle) and shut off. After fooling with it for a while, I got it cranked but someone has to pump the bulb the entire time in order to keep it running. I replaced the bulb last year, and really don't think that's the problem...that being said, I'm certainly no mechanic so I could be way off here. Could it be the fuel filter (also changed end of last summer), fuel injector, bulb, etc, etc????

if you have to pump the bulb, it's probably thr fuel pump.

Question, when the bulb is pumped does it stay partially squished? (if so could be a fuel pick up/venting issue) if it fills right up then the problem is past the bulb.

also i hear the bulb should be pumper while holding it vertical. arrow up

air leak in fuel line or VRO has went south....

When you have to keep pumping the primer bulb to keep it running, that's the first sign of a bad fuel pump or a bad air leak on mtr side of the primer bulb.

Could be a cracked VRO/OMS housing on air motor side.

What kind of money are we talking if that is the problem?
