2003 Johnson 90 HP Fuel Pump

Apparently, these damn things retail for over $400. I found a dealer in the Gulf Shores, MS area that sells them for $218. Anyone got better ideas? How hard is it to replace myself?

I haven't looked on this site - i'm pretty new to the site - how can i check? also, i got that price (Gulf Shores, MS) on ebay and called to see if they had one for my particular engine...guy said he had tons of pumps. not sure why retailers think they'll get 500 for them.
