hi all. looking at getting a 2003 4stroke merch 15hp short shaft from my local dealer. he claims its only been used 1 year (found to be underpowered for boat it was on so traded in) it looks clean but im no mechanic. what should i be looking for when i inspect it. i can get it for $1800 (canadian im located in Windsor Ontario Canada) any info would be great
