2004 4.3 Merc carb -- is my manual on line?

2004 Merc 4.3 carb
Thunderbolt V
engine serial number: om662964
transom serial number: om818183

I bought it with 17 hours and nothing was ever done to her. At the end of the year I changed all the fluids, fogged, and stabilized.

This year I plan to do the impeller and am trying to decide about pulling the outdrive myself and checking alignment, versus paying for someone to do it some time during the summer.

I am also going to do the plugs after I burn off the fogging oil with the old ones, and pull off the distributor cap and evaluate its condition.

Anyway, if the manual is online that would be great!

Not any more.
Well, I should say the ENGINE manual isn't, however, the drive manual is.
