2004 Johnson 115

Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone owns this engine. I am looking to repower my 20 ft cc and a friend of mine can get me a good deal on this motor. States that it has about 150 hours on it. Has anyone had any problems with this engine? Let me know. Thanks

It is supposed tp be a good solid design. I have a'98 150HP, which is the V6 version. It is new to me and I do not have more than a few hours experience with it.
