Hey guys im new here but really need help! So i replaced my water pump on my motor the other day and everything went back together nice an easy as it always has. I then went to start it back up and the flywheel would turn 3/4 of a turn and stop. I pulled the plugs and dropped the LU back down and could turn the flywheel by hand but it was the same issue. I then stuck a screw driver in the spark plug holes and all the pistons seem to be moving. Now im lost and dont know where to go from here i cant tell if the engine is locked up, or if the flywheel is stuck any help would be great thanks!
