2004 Mercury 150 optimax fuses locations

I may have a fuse issue. 150 will turn over but getting no fire so I need to check some fuses. Where are the fuse located on the 150? Thanks a Million for any help

Black oval plastic connector next to ECM, looks like a black Zippo lighter with 6-8 wires going into bottom and snap plastic cover.
